Rochelle Trow

With over 25 years in Human Resources, including 16 years in executive leadership roles, Rochelle has built a career navigating complexity, leading transformation, and shaping human-centred cultures across multiple industries. Her experience spans retail, consumer health, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and B2B manufacturing sectors where the pressure to perform often comes at the cost of personal wellbeing.

Rochelle began her career in South Africa, where she built a strong foundation in HR and leadership. In 2002, her move to London marked the beginning of her global journey. Since then, she has held senior HR roles with international scope, partnering with executive leaders across regions to shape talent strategies, lead transformation, and embed human-centred cultures in complex systems. Now based in Switzerland, Rochelle continues to draw on over two decades of global experience to support conscious leadership and sustainable change.

Her turning point came not from professional accolades, but from the quiet recognition that success, as it was traditionally defined, was costing her too much. This realisation became the foundation of her work today.

Now, as the founder of The Change Canvas, Rochelle brings together deep corporate insight and lived personal experience to support purpose-driven professionals and leadership teams. Her work is values-led, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that conscious leadership begins with self-leadership and that real change starts from within.

She works with:
• Professionals at a crossroads, craving more alignment and meaning
• Women ready to lead with authenticity instead of armour
• High-functioning leaders on the edge of burnout, seeking to shift before breaking
• Leadership teams wanting to build trust, presence, and humanity into their culture

What sets Rochelle apart isn’t just her professional track record it’s her ability to hold space for real transformation. She understands what it means to perform success while losing yourself in the process, because she’s lived it.

Through coaching, speaking, writing, and her online programme, Rochelle helps others lead with clarity, compassion, and wholeness without needing to abandon themselves along the way.

Because what we suppress at work doesn’t disappear it shows up in stress, burnout, and disconnection. The most powerful leaders are the ones who’ve learned to lead themselves, not just others.
